Massage Therapy is a holistic approach to pain management and rehabilitation. Using various manual therapy techniques, my goal is to bring the body into a state of ease as I work to improve mobility and overall health. 

Some of the techniques I offer:

• Swedish massage 
• Trigger point therapy 
• Myofascial release technique
• Diaphragmatic breathing 
• Joint mobilization 

As an RMT, I work with the amazing team at White Oaks Massage Therapy and Wellness. Providing a beautiful setting for relaxation and support. 

Please note that I do NOT take ICBC or WCB cases. 

Direct billing is available for most insurance plans. 

My hours are 9am to 4:30pm on Monday (alternating),Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
