Space Requirements
To ensure a successful and comfortable breathwork event, please provide a space that meets the following criteria:
- Room for All Participants to Lie Down: Each participant needs enough space to lie down comfortably. This allows them to fully engage in the breathwork practice.
- Facilitator Mobility: The facilitator will need to move around each participant to provide individualized support and guidance throughout the session.
- Amplified Music and Sound: The space must allow for amplified music and sound, which are integral components of the breathwork experience.
By creating the right environment, you can maximize the benefits of this transformative practice for all involved.
